Domestic and international shipping and returns
Package shipping
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, via the nationally renowned UPS or DHL transport agency with tracking and delivery number. If you prefer express certified shipping, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Once the couriers pick up the package, they will normally deliver it:
Europe: 2-5 business days.
North America / Canada: 3-4 business days
Spain: 1-3 business days.
Rest of the world: 3-5 days
Remote areas: I cannot predict delivery time.
These shipping times may vary for reasons beyond my control.
You will receive a tracking number so you can track your package. Express shipping is possible in 1-3 days. If you are interested in express service, please email info@amm-ceramics.com before placing your order to obtain the amount corresponding to this service.
If you live in Barcelona you can pick up your order at the workshop. To do so, select “Pick up at the workshop” in the order gateway. For pick-ups at the workshop, an appointment must be made in advance as this way we can ensure that we are open and that the package is ready for collection. This schedule may change. If you do not have flexible hours to visit us, we recommend that you request delivery with the courier.
AMM Ceramics cannot predict how long it will take for an order to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
AMM Ceramics takes care of packaging with recyclable materials that do not harm the planet, using the minimum amount of foam and bubble wrap for safety in transport. Each package is sent in a double-walled cardboard box. The packaging arrives with an eco-friendly cotton label that is part of the presentation.
Addressing climate change is important to me. In all my shipments I use the carbon neutral option which supports projects that offset shipping emissions such as reforestation, landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment and methane destruction.
Free Shipping
I ship free to anywhere in the world. Shipping includes handling and packaging.
Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes within their own country for international orders.
We are not responsible for shipping charges with incorrect delivery details. In these cases, the customer must bear the costs of a second shipment. In the event that the package is returned to the workshop, we are not responsible for the cost of a second shipment.
Return and Exchange Policy

Note: Buyer is responsible for shipping costs in case of return. I can refund the price of the product, but not the shipping costs. If the item is damaged upon return, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Non-returnable/non-exchangeable items
I cannot accept returns on custom or made-to-order orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund if I am not satisfied with the pieces
First, please email me a photo of the pieces received and the reason they came from if you are not satisfied with them. You can send the pottery back to my studio, to the same address it came from. Please package as carefully as possible. After receiving the pottery back at the studio, refunds will be transferred to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days.
NB: The buyer is responsible for the initial shipping costs AND the return shipping costs. If the item is damaged upon return, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
